Can I return items that I have bought from the WEVE2050 online shop at your physical retailer store, and vice versa?
Yes, to initiate a return, please refrain from removing the product label, and ensure the product remains undamaged. You can request a return within 7 days, specifically for issues related to the product. If you require any repairs or have other inquiries, please reach out to our customer service.

My WEVE2050 jewellry changed colour. What should I do?
Products made of 925 silver (999, 925 silver) will inevitably tarnish if they are not coated. In the event of tarnishing, please use a silver polishing cloth.
Jewelry with a coating will wear over time and may discolor. Our coating is actually quite thick, making it less prone to tarnishing. Without a coating, silver jewelry can tarnish quickly, which can detract from our wearing experience. In case of tarnishing, the core of the jewelry is silver and can be polished, allowing it to be used as silver jewelry without causing allergies.
